Clear Fork RV Park provides weekly and monthly RV site accommodations. Guests are not referred to as tenants, and these terms do not create a lease unless a separate written agreement signed by Clear Fork RV Park states otherwise.
Submitting a reservation request does not guarantee availability or approval. Reservation requests are reviewed by the park team.
A reservation is not confirmed until Clear Fork RV Park approves the request and any required pre-arrival payments are completed.
Clear Fork RV Park accepts weekly and monthly stays. Daily or nightly reservations are not available unless the park later changes its policy in writing.
Guests may request a pad size or site type, but final site assignment is determined by Clear Fork RV Park. Site assignment may depend on availability, RV size, power needs, park operations, maintenance, and safety considerations.

A guest is not cleared to arrive until required payments are received, waived, or marked not required by the park team.
The Welcome Packet is provided only after the guest is cleared to arrive. The Welcome Packet may include arrival instructions, site setup reminders, park expectations, contact information, maintenance reporting links, and other guest information.
Cancellation and refund terms should be provided by Clear Fork RV Park before payment is collected or confirmed. Refund eligibility may depend on timing, payment type, reservation status, and park policy.

Guests should follow the arrival instructions provided by Clear Fork RV Park. Guests should contact the park team before or upon arrival if final site assignment or entry instructions are needed.
Guests agree to:
Guests are responsible for safe and proper use of electric, water, and sewer hookups. Guests should not attempt unauthorized repairs or modifications to park utilities.
Any issue involving electrical, water, sewer, pad/site condition, or safety should be reported through the maintenance reporting process or directly to the park team.
Pets may be allowed subject to park rules. Guests are responsible for controlling pets, cleaning up after pets, and ensuring pets do not disturb or endanger other guests.

Guests must park only in approved areas and may not block roadways, neighboring sites, utility access, emergency access, or park operations.
Guests may not store unauthorized items, structures, equipment, or materials on their site without park approval.
Guests may submit maintenance requests through the Clear Fork maintenance reporting page. Submitting a maintenance request does not authorize a guest to make repairs or alter park property.
Guests must immediately report urgent safety concerns to the park team. For life-threatening emergencies, guests should call 911 first.
Clear Fork RV Park may require a guest to leave or may cancel a reservation for behavior that threatens safety, disrupts park operations, damages property, violates park rules, or interferes with other guests.
Guests may be responsible for damage caused by the guest, the guest's RV, vehicles, pets, visitors, or personal property. Guests are responsible for securing their own belongings.
Clear Fork RV Park is not responsible for loss, theft, weather damage, utility interruption, or damage to guest property except as required by law.
Clear Fork RV Park may provide information about vendor visits, services, or activities through the park calendar. Vendor availability, timing, pricing, and participation may change.
Before departure, guests should:
Clear Fork RV Park may update these Terms of Agreement from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on the website with a new effective date.
